Matthew brings nearly three decades of project management and client relationship experience with both non-profit organizations and Fortune 500 companies. In these positions, he developed a reputation for attention to detail, dependability, and helping clients find solutions with clarity and care.
His passion for genealogy is deeply personal. At age 46, encouraged by his wife, Matthew took a DNA test that led to meeting his father and siblings for the first time. Though his father has since passed, he enjoys a thriving relationship with his siblings and uncle. And in 2024, he located and met the eldest sibling, ending a decades-long search by the family. This life-changing experience gives him a profound appreciation for the power of family history and connection.
Matthew believes that whether clients are discovering unknown relatives or simply seeking deeper clarity about their roots, everyone who engages in professional research is searching for something meaningful — a missing piece of their story. He is honored to be part of a team that helps fill those gaps and provide the gift of understanding and belonging.
He lives with his family in a rural mountain community where he enjoys hiking and working on land and home projects.
