Lisa Ratzesberger brings a warm and personal touch to her work in genealogy, shaped by years of experience in client-focused roles. She started her career in credit unions, helping members with their accounts and loans. After taking time off to raise her three children, she stayed active by volunteering in her community. Once her kids were in school, Lisa moved into the insurance world, where she got licensed and continued her focus on great customer service. No matter the job, she’s always been known for building strong relationships and offering thoughtful, personalized help.
Lisa has been fascinated by her family’s stories since she was young. She grew uphearing tales like how her adventurous French Filles du Roi female ancestors arrived in New France and helped colonize a nation, or how her grandmother survived polio with the help of a mysterious woman remembered only by the diamond in her tooth. These stories sparked a lifelong curiosity that deepened when her sister began researching their family tree—eventually inspiring Lisa to help others discover their own roots.
Today, Lisa uses her love of history, eye for detail, and strong organizational skills to guide others on their family history journey. When she’s not working, Lisa enjoys life with her husband of over 25 years and their extended family. She loves music, reading, family game nights, and planning fun getaways.

to you, but keep having trouble. I need your help. No trouble with the first part,
but stuck on 5 & 6. Help
Lisa has been a big help to me starting my project. I like her very much.
I am finding out I cannot continue working my connections. I have been having a difficult time with my hands and memory. I cant seem to follow
directions and am getting side tracked. I go to bed at night and my hands
are aching and my back also. I have broken every bone in my back and
have arthritis everywhere. Am 86 and just cannot do it any more.
I don’t think I can finish this any longer.
If you can finish this for me, with what you have, I would me most grateful.
