Professionally, Brad brings over sixteen years of experience in state government, where he developed strengths in project management, leadership, and guiding people through sensitive or complex situations. He is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and has completed PMP aligned coursework, giving him a strong foundation in organizing information, communicating clearly, and supporting clients through detailed processes. These skills translate naturally into his work at Legacy Tree, where he enjoys helping clients navigate their own genealogical discoveries with clarity and care.
Brad lives in Washington with his family and stays active in his community. He enjoys coaching youth sports, cheering on his daughter as a dedicated dance dad, and spending time with the people who matter most to him.
