We track certain pages on our website in order to learn what interests potential clients and to track how well we are filling their needs.
Research questions.
We love to hear about potential clients’ research needs and try to respond to those questions personally. In order to do that we ask for an email address or telephone number. We never share this contact information with anyone outside of Legacy Tree Genealogists. Some forms on our website alert users that their email address will be automatically added to our mailing list; they can unsubscribe at any time.
Client contact and genealogical information.
Of course, we require contact information from our clients in order to communicate with them regularly. We save email communication so that we may keep track of each client’s individual needs. All contact information and communication with our clients is private and is not shared with anyone outside of our group.
DNA & PRIVACY
We are committed to the privacy of our clients. We do not share or sell client DNA results or information for any reason. All information is kept strictly confidential and used for the sole purpose of genetic genealogy on behalf of the client
