Our regular hourly rate is $60/hour. Each payment for a 20 hour block includes a $50 fee for shipping and costs (copies, binder, and up to $30 in outside records fees). Receive $150 off by selecting the 80 hour project option and $50 off by selecting 40 hours (restrictions apply for subsequent projects; contact us for details).
You will owe nothing upon completion of the project, with the following exceptions:
1) Fees for outside records (Social Security Applications, Civil War Pension Files, etc.) equaling more than $30 will need to be paid when the project is completed and will not be ordered without the client’s permission.
2) International clients will need to pay additional shipping costs when the project is completed.
3) If a half payment (rather than full payment) was made at the outset of the project, the remaining half must be paid before any research results can be provided.
Projects are generally completed within 12-16 weeks but can be delayed due to ordering outside records. Projects can be expedited for an additional 10%.
