Any applicable sales tax is included.
For a customized chart, please email us a computerized file with your genealogy information. Acceptable files include those made with Personal Ancestral File, Family Tree Maker, Legacy Family Tree, and RootsMagic. A gedcom is preferred. After your order has been made, we will send you an email receipt and you can then email us your file and any additional instructions.
The information printed on the customized chart will reflect the information in your genealogy file, so please be sure all names, birth dates, and birthplaces of direct-line ancestors are entered correctly. We can create or edit a computerized file for you at a rate of $50/hour.
Circle charts: Names, birth dates, and birthplaces will be included on generations 1-8. Generations 9-10 (if you choose to include them) will have names only. Circle charts can begin with either an individual or all of the members of a family as the first generation.
Photo charts: Please email us the photo of your choice (scanned photos should have a resolution of at least 300 dpi). If you don't have a digital version of your photo, you can mail a photo to us (an $8 scanning fee will be charged to your credit card).
